If you want to return a garment you have 14 days after receiving the package and is returned at your own cost. We don’t take responsibility of any delivery problem or if packaging is damaged upon arrival.
If you want to make a return please send us an email at info@alidabard.com with following
information:
Name, address, email, order number and what garment you want to return. After we have
received this information, we will send you an email with your return label. The refund will
be made as soon as we receive the garment back in perfect condition.
Note if you want to return a garment that is shipped internationally, mark the package as
“returned goods” to avoid any customs charges. We do not take responsibility for charges
imposed on packages returned by customs.
Payments will be refunded through the same payment method at purchase.
If the garment is used or damaged, we reserve the right to do a reduction of the refunding.
Garments that are custom made are not possible to return.
Shipping
All garments are made-to-order and orders are dispatched at the latest 14 days after order.
You will receive a confirmation by email after order.
We don’t take responsibility for any custom duty taxes that may apply outside Europe.
